Accounting Manager - Payroll & AP Focus

Location: Southwest Phoenix | Schedule: Monday-Friday, First Shift | Onsite Role

Salary: $95,000-$115,000 + Bonus

Ledgent Finance & Accounting is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive excellence in payroll and accounts payable operations. What You'll Do

  • Lead GL accounting, AP, and Payroll operations.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance through detailed financial analysis.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership.
  • Drive timely and accurate month-end close processes.
  • Collaborate across departments to achieve organizational goals.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of accounting experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven success managing Payroll and AP teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (preferred).
  • SAP experience and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
